Return Process

  Log into your Alaya account or visit our returns portal to submit a request with your order ID and reason for return.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached; our team will review your request for approval within 24 hours.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging and hand them over to our assigned courier partner during the scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item.
